Shipy Unauthorized Charges and High Billing Issue – Turkcell Failed to Assist
I was charged over 3000₺ for services I never agreed to with Shipy. A message that I didn’t interact with automatically approved itself with “yes, yes,” leading to this absurd charge. After reading similar complaints on Şikayetvar, I see that many others have faced the same issue.
I’ve contacted Turkcell customer service multiple times, but they repeatedly misdirected me and failed to provide any resolution. I cannot reach Shipy to address the problem directly, leaving me stuck with this inflated bill.
This situation is unacceptable. The responsibility lies with both Turkcell and Shipy for allowing such unethical practices. I refuse to pay this bill and demand immediate action to resolve this issue. This exploitation needs to stop.
