Shipy Charged Without My Consent, Leaving Me Frustrated
Hello, I’ve been charged ₺2700 on my bill by Shipy without my approval. I never consented to this, yet it was processed as if I had agreed by sending a “yes.” This is completely unfair and unethical.
I don’t understand why I’m being forced to pay for something I never authorized. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I cannot accept this charge. I feel wronged and will not forgive this morally or financially.
I demand an immediate resolution, including the cancellation of the charge and an explanation of how this happened without my permission. Shipy must address this issue and prevent such unauthorized actions from occurring again.
