Unauthorized Shipy Charges of ₺3000+ Added to My Turkcell Bill
I received an "evet evet" confirmation message from Shipy that I never approved or initiated. Despite having no connection to this, my Turkcell bill now includes charges exceeding ₺3000. After researching, I found numerous complaints on Şikayetvar from others experiencing the same issue.
I have repeatedly contacted Turkcell customer service, but they misdirect me every time, leaving the problem unresolved. I hold both Turkcell and Shipy responsible for this situation. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s incredibly frustrating that no one can assist.
I demand immediate action to reverse these charges and address this exploitative behavior. I refuse to pay for something I never authorized. Please take responsibility and fix this!
