Unauthorized Charge by Shipy Appeared on My Bill
Shipy seems to be operating through intermediaries to wrongfully charge people via Turkcell. A ₺309 payment labeled as Shipy was added to my Turkcell bill without my consent. When I contacted Turkcell and Paycell customer service, they claimed they couldn’t see the details and directed me to a number supposedly belonging to Shipy. However, when I called that number, they denied being Shipy and told me to search for Shipy’s contact online.
When I tried the contact number listed on Shipy’s website, it said the number was no longer in service. No invoice was provided, and based on what others have shared, these charges seem to be auto-approved without proper authorization. I demand a refund and expect Turkcell and Shipy to address this fraudulent behavior immediately.
