Shein Unauthorized Transaction — Cash Advance Taken Without Cardholder’s Consent
On November 7, an unauthorized cash advance of $178 was withdrawn from my credit card. I have never made a purchase on Shein, nor have I ever saved my card information on the platform. I attempted to contact Shein customer service regarding this issue, but I received no response. I also have the receipt and transaction number for this unauthorized charge.
I am requesting that this transaction be investigated immediately and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
