Shein Order Stuck at ‘Arrived at Airport’ for 10 Days — Still Not Delivered

I placed an order for a hair accessory from Shein on November 2nd (Order No: PALTR0003240094YQ), and even though 13 days have passed, my item still hasn’t been delivered. The delivery address is Bağcılar, Istanbul.

For the past 10 days, the package tracking has shown the same status: “arrived at airport” with no further updates or movement. Due to the delay, I contacted Shein customer service, but they only told me to wait and didn’t provide any clear solution. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a long delay, and I want this issue resolved.

I’m requesting that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible.
