High Customs Tax on Shein Purchase

Hello, I made a purchase from Shein totaling ₺2400, which included clothes, a case, and a bag. However, I was charged a customs tax of ₺1600. Is this normal? Are there others who have encountered similar customs charges? This amount seems excessive to me. I've heard of cases where people paid half the price in customs fees. Is there such a possibility?
I would appreciate any information or experiences regarding customs taxes on Shein purchases. Thank you.
