Paytm ShareChat Payment Pending – Refund Request

I made a Paytm wallet payment of 699 ₹ to Sharechat on 31 August 2026. The transaction is still showing as pending and the amount has not been refunded to my account. Because of this delay, my money has been blocked for a long time even though the service was not completed. I have already contacted Paytm customer support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and I still have not received my refund. I request that Paytm immediately process a full refund of the 699 ₹ back to my original payment source and confirm the completion of this refund as soon as possible.
