I Am Demanding a ₹699 Refund After an Unauthorized Sharechat Charge on Paytm

Today an amount of ₹699 was fraudulently deducted from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account through a transaction in the name of “Sharechat merchant” via Paytm. I did not authorize this transaction and I have no connection with this merchant. The Paytm transaction receipt clearly shows a successful ₹699 payment to Sharechat, even though I did not make or approve this payment. After noticing the deduction, I contacted customer care and requested a refund for this fraudulent transaction. Despite this, my issue has not been resolved yet and my money has not been securely returned to me. I request that this unauthorized ₹699 transaction in the name of Sharechat merchant be investigated urgently, my money be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and any such future fraudulent transactions on my Paytm and bank account be permanently blocked.
