For my Sephora order number 8004217166, I intended to purchase a full 75g pack of eye masks, as clearly listed on the website. However, I received only a single eye mask weighing 13g! How is it acceptable to send just one tiny packet when the product description explicitly states otherwise?
I demand the immediate shipment of the remaining product I paid for. I have previously purchased different varieties of this same mask from Sephora, and they were always sold in five-piece packs — not as single items.
I also sent an email complaint five days ago but have yet to receive any resolution. Meanwhile, I am unable to use the other product I purchased along with this one.
