Sephora Promised Discount Vanished at Checkout - Seeking Refund for Misleading Transaction
I made an online purchase on September 14, for which I received a confirmation e-mail at 23.31. In the application, it was stated that there was a 20% discount for Black members and it was applied to the products I bought in my cart, everything was going well, I entered the address, approved the conditions, and after the payment section, the discount was deleted and the price without the discount was taken. In the system, it is clear which time zone the discount is on, the time of the product I bought, and it is also clear that the product is included in the discount. I demand a refund of the overdrawn fee because this is literally misleading the consumer.
