Sensodyne Sensitivity & Gum Caused Tongue Numbness, Tingling, Oral Aphthae

I've been using Sensodyne Sensitivity & Gum toothpaste for a week, and it caused me to experience numbness in my tongue, tingling in my teeth, gingival recession, bleeding with sensitivity, and even damaged my fillings. I had no idea that my toothpaste could be causing these problems. I tried switching to an extra-soft toothbrush for a week, but the complaints persisted. It wasn't until I did some research that I discovered that many people, including myself, had had similar problems with this toothpaste. It's incredible that a product labeled "sensitivity and gum" has caused me so much pain and damage. I'm shocked and angry that this product has kept me awake for a week and caused me so much pain. I even cried with anger. Today, I switched to a different brand of toothpaste, and my problems have subsided, though not completely. I wonder if anyone will take responsibility for this situation and the harm it has caused me. It's deeply annoying that a trusted brand like Sensodyne jeopardizes people's health. I hope they address the problem and make things right for their customers who have been harmed as a result of using this product.
Progress

I am lodging a complaint about the insensitivity of Sensodyne. Their sensitivity and gingival toothpaste has caused me a great deal of discomfort, making my life a nightmare. Even after several days, my tongue still feels numb and my teeth continue to bleed. However, Sensodyne has not provided any support or even apologized, despite my attempts to reach out through two emails and filling out a form. It seems pointless to fill out the form if a solution cannot be provided.
