I’m using the Sennheiser Momentum TWS 4 earbuds, and I’m already facing serious issues—just like I did with the previous model. I originally bought the Momentum TWS 3, but returned it because of an annoying crackling sound. Sennheiser replaced it with the TWS 4, and I hoped the problem was solved.
Unfortunately, today I experienced the same crackling noise again while simply putting the earbuds in my ears. I thought maybe the eartip was the issue and tried replacing it, but the sound didn’t go away. Now, not only does the crackling continue, but the touch controls on the earbud have also stopped working completely.
At this point, the earbuds are practically unusable. I can’t control playback, can’t use transparency mode or ANC, and can’t even enjoy music due to the persistent audio distortion.
Sennheiser, this is extremely disappointing—especially after already going through this once with the previous model. I expect a fully functional replacement or a complete repair. Customers should not have to deal with the same hardware flaws across multiple generations. Please provide a proper solution immediately.
