Unjust Losses on Sekabet and Dismissive Customer Service




I've been adding money to this site for the past two weeks, but I haven't received any money back for some reason. As soon as I put my money in, it just vanishes - my 20,000 lira is now completely useless. When I talk to a representative, it feels like they're treating me like I'm the one who did something wrong. I was informed that I was losing 4,000 every day. When I asked why I hadn't received the 400 TL bonus, which later increased to 800 TL, they blamed me and implied that it was my fault. Just picture this: you lose 20,000 and then someone starts asking you about multiplying 100 TL by 200 TL. It's totally unfair. They should be ashamed, plain and simple...
