I Paid on Alo Yoga Türkiye But Haven’t Received My Order in 3 Weeks

I placed an order on a website that appeared to be Alo Yoga Türkiye, thinking it was officially connected to the real Alo Yoga brand. I trusted the brand’s reputation and paid ₺2200 for the products. It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. There is no contact number, no shipment update, and absolutely no way to reach a real person for help.

I now realize this site is not actually affiliated with Alo Yoga—something that only became clear after it was too late. I’ve been completely misled by a site that imitates a trusted brand, and I’ve lost my money as a result. This is unacceptable.

Alo Yoga needs to take responsibility for this fraudulent use of their name. How many more customers will be tricked like I was? I’m calling on the brand to shut these fake pages down and either deliver the items I paid for or issue a full refund immediately. My trust has been broken, and I expect action.
