We purchased our Seat vehicle in February 2021. If I recall correctly, during the second maintenance, we noticed a crack in the third brake light at the water spray outlet while at the service. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, I requested a replacement. However, they stated that it was not covered under warranty and had to be replaced at my expense, which was done. Some time later (I do not remember the exact date), I noticed the same crack again and contacted the Konya Attarlar dealership. Once again, they refused to cover it under warranty and said it would have to be replaced at my cost. I went ahead with the paid replacement. On 14.12.2024, I had the third brake light replaced for the third time at my own expense. Although only 7 months have passed, I have noticed that it is cracked again. I still have all the previously replaced parts and the invoice for the most recent replacement. Based on my research, I have reason to believe that this issue might be a chronic defect. I kindly request your support and assistance regarding this matter.
