My SEAGM Account Locked and I Cannot Access Paid QQ Cards
I am writing to report a serious technical and customer service issue I am experiencing with my SEAGM account in the EU region. On 2026/04/20 at 16:48:28 and again on 2026/04/26 at 19:08:57, I purchased QQ cards totaling 3 x 100 QQ coins from SEAGM, under order numbers P84890231 and P84653269. After making these purchases, I was locked out of my SEAGM account. When I attempted to reset my password, your automated password reset system failed to send any verification codes to my registered email, which means I am completely unable to access my account or the products I paid for. I opened support ticket #30106 and have contacted your support multiple times about this technical failure. However, instead of addressing the account access problem and the non-functioning verification system, support has repeatedly cited the “Terms of Sale” and refused to help in a meaningful way. As a result, SEAGM is currently holding my money for products I am physically prevented from using due to a platform-side bug, which I find unacceptable. I request that you resolve this situation by refunding the full amount of orders P84890231 and P84653269 to my original payment method. If this is not possible, I am willing to accept the total value of these orders as SEAGM Credits so that I can at least use my funds once the technical deadlock with my account and email verification is resolved. I expect this issue to be treated as a priority, since it is caused by a technical problem on your side and not by any action on my part.
