Screwfix Refused to Replace My Broken Shower Despite It Being Only 3 Months Old

With their appalling customer care, Screwfix has truly let me down. After just 3 months of use, my shower cracked. When I got in touch to set up a swap, I was met with their "policy" saying they passed me off to the manufacturer as it's been more than thirty days and they cannot act. Quite seriously? Now, in the thick of winter, I have no idea how long it will take to have this corrected. Worse worse, their website shows a lot of local supply on hand. This might have been resolved in a few hours, but now I find myself in a mess—particularly annoying considering children live here. Screwfix merely wants our money; they have nothing of loyalty in mind. I used to rely on them for all my DIY requirements, but after this I'm done.
