Scottish Power Deducted £120 Without Warning Leaving Me Unable to Cover Essentials
I joined Scottish Power just last week, and within days they deducted £120 from my account without warning or explanation. I had no notion they would take this money without asking; it was not owing. Now, this makes it impossible for me to pay for taking my daughter to a specialist consultation for which I have been waiting almost six months. This unexpected fee has thrown my budget into disarray as a single mom and left me trying to manage without the money. It is absolutely unacceptable that Scottish Power would ignore the financial circumstances of its consumers and lack of correspondence. Given no warning, especially, I never expected this kind of behavior.
