Samsung Watch 5 Pro Color Fading, No Fast Charging

On July 4, 2023, I went to Media Markt and bought a Watch 5 Pro. On August 11, 2023, I told Media Markt to send the item to your service center. When I tested the device with three different wattages, I found that it doesn't fast charge, has a delay when switching between interfaces, and sometimes shows pixels. I was given a phone number to call (0850 228 7491), and I was told that the service center is waiting for your permission to do anything else. But when I called the service center, they told me that my device was no longer under protection and that I would have to pay to have it looked at. This is worrying because the device has already had problems like paint peeling, slow charging, and lag in the interface in less than a month. How can you ask for money for a device that is having so many problems? I used my disability income and Vodafone's payment plan to buy this device for 1894 Turkish Lira. (I have a document that says I'm 46% disabled.) The main reason I chose this watch was because it could measure blood pressure. How am I supposed to pay for an exam if I'm told I have to? This situation is making things very hard for me, and I urge you to rethink this method and come up with a better way to handle it.
