My Samsung Washing Machine, Constant Screw Error and No Solution

I don't know what else to try with my Samsung washer. Two years after purchase, it still hasn't stopped giving us the same problem in two different ways. Five times now I've complained about it, but each time they come to fix it, they just say they did it and leave. Because of this, I feel I have the right to request a replacement. The screw from the drum was missing in the replacement machine, which explained why it keeps displaying a "screw error" message. Screen evaporation followed by a loosening screw supposedly caused by the box's reverse side. The recurring difficulties can all be traced back to a single screw. Nonetheless, there currently exists no viable options for doing so. After two years of ownership, it is extremely annoying and upsetting that I am still experiencing this issue. Either a new one or a full refund would suffice for me. I've had enough of feeling overwhelmed and upset. I'll keep trying to get this sorted out, but in the meantime, anyone thinking of buying a Samsung washing machine should give some serious thought to their other options.
