Samsung Z Fold Frame Bent After Warranty Repair - They Refused Responsibility

I am a Samsung Z Fold user. Although my phone never fell or suffered any impact, the frame bent within just two months after a warranty repair at KVK Mecidiyeköy, rendering the inner screen unusable. When I brought it back to the service center, they claimed that the repair done under warranty was not itself covered by warranty. They blamed the damage on a high-quality screen protector I had purchased, saying it caused the frame to break—despite the fact that their own low-quality protector peeled off within two days. We are people who genuinely love Samsung. While others hesitate to buy the Z Fold due to screen concerns, we are the brave ones who chose it because we believe in Samsung. I will be pursuing my legal rights against both Samsung and KVK.
