Samsung Z Flip 4 Smart Phone Front Camera Became Blurry in 15 Days

at the end of October, I got this phone, and just 15 days later, the front camera became blurry. When I sent it to the service, they insisted it was my fault and demanded 3/1 of the phone's value to fix it. This seems unjust, and I've noticed similar complaints on various websites. I mean, like a fool, before I've consistently chosen Samsung over Apple, but incidents like these make me question that decision. Samsung's handling of such situations is disappointing, this might be a recurring problem for their customers.
