I have been experiencing a pixel loss issue on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 for about 15 days, and the device is still under warranty. I contacted Samsung Service to resolve the problem and sent the device in. However, I was told that the repair could only be done outside the warranty due to a dent on the side frame of the case. I am requesting a replacement under warranty. Additionally, the service informed me that the paid replacement cost would be ₺29,824.64, while Samsung’s website lists the recommended prices as ₺18,900 for Screen – Eco Repair and ₺25,100 for Screen – Module Repair. I was not given clear information about which part would be replaced or how the pricing was determined. The service claimed their price was correct and that the online prices were only recommended amounts. I request that my warranty replacement request be approved, and if a paid repair is required, that the pricing and repair details be clearly communicated to me. My work order number is 4290093374. I would also like to note that this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
