Ever since I made the purchase, I haven't experienced any efficiency from the machine. I've been having trouble with my laundry getting washed. I've made several complaints and even had service calls, but unfortunately, no solution has been provided yet. I implore Samsung officials to address this issue and find a resolution for this device. If I had the resources, I would immediately purchase a new one without any hesitation.
