Samsung Washing Machine Drum Shaking & Belt Falling Off

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Samsung WW11BGA046AEH washing machine, which is located in Çanakkale Biga, since March 2024. The drum shakes excessively and loses balance, the belt comes off, and very strange and disturbing noises occur. This situation happens in every program and has made the machine unusable in a safe and comfortable way. I contacted Samsung service and the machine was supposedly repaired, but in reality the problem has not been solved and the same issues continue. Despite the intervention, the drum imbalance, belt issue and abnormal sounds are still ongoing. Because this problem has been going on for a long time and could not be permanently resolved despite service support, I request that my washing machine be replaced with a new device. I kindly ask you to urgently examine my situation and provide a definitive solution by supplying a new machine.
