Samsung VR3MB77312K Robot Vacuum Says Mapping Successful But Doesn’t Start Cleaning

14

I purchased the Samsung VR3MB77312K robot vacuum on September 3, 2024, and from the very first week, it has been giving me constant problems. It was clear early on that the device was defective, so I took it to the service center and explained that under consumer protection laws, I’m entitled to a refund or product replacement within 15 days of purchase.

Despite this, they inspected the device and claimed it was “normal,” then simply returned it to me—ignoring my legal right to a product exchange. Since then, the vacuum continues to malfunction, and using it has become more frustrating than helpful.
