Samsung Bespoke AI Vacuum Cleaner Broke After 19 Days and They Blamed User Error

37On September 9, 2024, I bought the Samsung Bespoke AI Complete VS25C9754QG/TR Rechargeable Vertical Vacuum Cleaner, and after only 19 days of using it, the plastic piece that holds the small wheel on the active double brush head broke while I was cleaning. I contacted Samsung Customer Service, and they quickly pointed to user error, which I struggle to accept considering how new the product is. This problem with a recent buy seems like it might be a manufacturing issue. I hope Samsung will handle this properly and come up with a solution that shows they care about keeping their customers happy. It's frustrating to run into an issue this early, and I'm hoping Samsung steps up and provides a good solution.
