My Samsung V7700 Robot Vacuum Broke in 2 Months—Brush Wire Snapped, Water Tank Leaks
I’ve only been using my Samsung V7700 robot vacuum for two months, and already it's showing major quality issues. First, the rotating brush’s wire broke, which is completely unacceptable for such a new device. As if that weren’t enough, the water tank is now leaking as well.
This is honestly ridiculous—how can a product this expensive (₺) and from a brand like Samsung fall apart so quickly? It feels like a joke. I didn’t spend this much money just to use the vacuum for a few weeks before it started breaking down.
When I called Samsung customer service, all they said was “Send it in under warranty.” Why do I have to chase repairs for a product that barely made it out of the box? I have a 1-year-old child and can barely step outside—why should I also have to deal with the burden of fixing something that should have worked from day one?
My problem still hasn't been resolved
