Samsung VC07T357MHB Vacuum Cleaner Head Warranty Denied

The vacuum head on my Samsung VC07T357MHB vacuum cleaner was damaged,  contacted Samsung for a warranty resolution, to my surprise, Samsung denied the warranty replacement, claiming the vacuum head is an accessory and not covered. there is no written notice or disclaimer that vacuum heads, which are essential to the vacuum cleaner's operation, are accessories and not covered by warranty. I assumed the warranty would cover vacuum cleaner components,customers may not anticipate warranty coverage limitations due to the lack of explicit policy information in the documentation or promotional materials.we need clarity to make informed decisions...
