Samsung TV Does Not Recognize HDMI Devices and Constantly Freezes

I recently purchased a 75" Samsung TV from Vatan Computer, and it was discovered to be defective during the installation. From the very first use, the device has not recognized HDMI devices, it constantly freezes, it is almost impossible to navigate between the menus, and most of the time, the television does not respond to the remote control at all. I have called both Vatan Computer and Samsung service many times about these problems. However, instead of providing a fast and clear solution, the process has been made more complicated, and I have been left feeling victimized, even though the device was clearly defective from the beginning. With the holiday approaching, I am unfairly left without a television. I request that my 75" Samsung TV, which was defective from the installation stage, be replaced with a brand-new TV of the same model as soon as possible and that this process be completed quickly and without further victimization.

In other words, despite having no fault of my own, I have been calling Samsung customer relations since 31.05.2024 regarding installation, curvature, etc. I am urgently seeking a solution, either a refund or a replacement of the TV from the store.
