PUBG Mobile "Environment Is Unsafe" Error Traps Player in Weekly Ban Loop

I want to report that my PUBG Mobile account (UID: 5161*****41) was accessed without my permission, and I have been unable to recover it for about a month and a half. When I tried to log in on July 7, even though all the linked social media accounts, email, and phone number belong to me, I received a "current environment is unsafe" warning and was hit with a 1-week login ban. Every week since then, despite trying again, the same warning and one-week ban cycle continues, and I cannot access my account in any way.

Despite taking multiple screenshots showing warnings that the account is restricted due to security risks and that the restriction could not be lifted despite following prompts like QR code login and "remove immediately," the issue persists exactly as before. Even though I follow the on-screen help steps, I am met with a "could not be removed" error and remain unable to access my account.

During this process, I contacted the PUBG Mobile support team via in-game support, email, and all other available channels. Even though I last emailed them on July 28, I have not received any response. In my previous attempts, I only received automated replies that did not resolve the problem. Even though I am the true owner of the account and have all my payment receipts and the device history used for the account (Poco X3 NFC), my grievance is not being addressed, and the ban issue remains unresolved.

I demand that the security of my account be ensured, this unjust ban situation be investigated, and my account (UID: 5161*****41) be fully returned to me. Furthermore, I request that the severe frustration caused by this long-standing access issue be taken into account and that the process undergoes a detailed, manual review.
