PUBG Mobile Support Rejects Stolen Account Recovery Despite SMS Proof

My PUBG Mobile account was stolen on March 5, 2026. My account was linked to my phone number, Google, and Twitter. I gave a verification code to someone I know so they could temporarily log into my account. They logged in with the first code I sent them, and then used a second code they requested to remove all of the account's linked bindings. I can no longer access my account, and all the records of these logins and sent codes are still saved in my SMS messages.
To date, I have spent around $208 to $312 on this account, which represents a massive investment of both my money and hard work. My in-game ID number is 5515****49, and I played on the Turkey server from Erzurum.
For about 5 months since the incident, I have been continuously submitting support forms to the PUBG Mobile support team. Despite repeatedly sending my Google Play purchase receipts and answering many of their questions accurately and in detail, my requests have been constantly rejected, and my account has not been returned. Over this period, my frustration has grown significantly, both financially and emotionally.
I demand that PUBG Mobile officials review all the purchase records and identity verification details I provided, restore my account to me, and thoroughly investigate the actions taken after my account was stolen. I want my grievance resolved as soon as possible.
