PUBG Mobile Restricts In-Game Chat Without Warning or Explanation

While chatting with my friends in PUBG Mobile, I was engaged in standard messaging without insulting anyone. Out of nowhere, without receiving any prior warning or notice of a rule violation, my account was hit with a sudden chat ban, and I can no longer message anyone at all.

I noticed this issue about 10 minutes ago. I received no information explaining which rule I supposedly broke, and no explanation arrived via in-game mail or any other channel. I strongly believe I received this penalty undeservedly, as I did not engage in any form of insults, profanity, threats, or disruptive behavior.

I demand that this chat ban on my account be reviewed and immediately lifted if it was issued unjustly. If there was an error, I request a clear and direct explanation regarding what occurred.
