Samsung T560 Tablet Stuck on Outdated Android 4.4.4, Apps & Updates Fail
My Samsung T560 tablet is stuck on the Android 4.4.4 version and refuses to install any apps or receive new updates. Even basic websites like Youtube.com won't open. The product is essentially useless. If Samsung doesn't provide a solution, who else can we turn to for help? This large tablet serves no purpose whatsoever. Unfortunately, I can't reach anyone from customer service. The responses to my messages are canned and ineffective. I kindly request a resolution to the update problem.
