Invalid Samsung Gift Card

Good day, After purchasing a television from Samsung, I was informed that I was qualified to receive a gift voucher for either cash or a coffee machine. I chose the coffee machine. It was unclear to me how to submit my application. After I contacted customer service, they provided me with a link to follow. After following the link to the application, I discovered that I had already been approved for cash. I called customer service and asked them to resolve the issue after mentioning that I was interested in purchasing the coffee machine. Regrettably, they were of no assistance in any way. Samsung, we ask that you focus more on finding solutions and providing support for us as customers.
Progress
I bought a Samsung television and selected a coffee machine as a gift. I've been waiting for 35 days. Today, I was called by Samsung customer service, and they informed me that they cannot send the coffee machine. Instead, they will send a gift voucher. I do not accept this; please send me my coffee machine. I have never seen such a bad and indifferent company; they are literally treating people as fools.
