Samsung Sold Me a Faulty UE55TU8000UXTK TV and Did Not Schedule Any Service

My Samsung UE55TU8000UXTK Crystal TV broke down before completing its 4th year. It started with screen flickering and completely shut down on the same day. The TV is only used in the evenings—it’s not even a device that runs 24/7. We’ve always handled the device with care and followed all usage guidelines. Samsung used to be the brand we trusted the most, so this really surprised us. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite submitting a repair request through the Samsung support line three days ago, no service appointment has been scheduled yet. Isn’t Samsung supposed to be a global brand? Selling a faulty TV and then failing to provide service is truly disappointing.

They called me from the so-called solution center and said that they could help with calling a paid service, but since your 2-year warranty has expired legally, they cannot provide a free service. I told them that I would find a solution as a result of my own research. For now, I don't know if this will be through the Consumer Court or social media. I want to see these correspondences on the Şikayetvar page. Could you please hide my phone number, even if my name and surname are not shown, before publishing?

By the way, from my brief research, I understand that there is a general screen problem with Samsung TVs. I don't know if it's the graphics card or the main board. But everyone is complaining about the same thing, and the repair costs are as much as the price of a new TV—unbelievable.
