Samsung SC45W0 Vacuum Head Breaks Repeatedly

I purchased a Samsung corded vacuum based on the brand's strong reputation for quality and dependability. Yet, this vacuum has left me feeling quite let down. The Samsung SC45W0 corded bagless vacuum offers powerful suction and convenient maneuverability, although the vacuum head's quality may not meet expectations. The first head broke, and the second one met the same end. Unfortunately, I've found that others in my circle are also experiencing similar problems with their new machines. It's about time Samsung dealt with this ongoing issue. Furthermore, the excessively high price of replacement heads just makes the situation even worse. Being a dedicated patron, I anticipate higher standards from Samsung.
