Samsung Vacuum Handle Keeps Collapsing During Use and Has Become Unsafe to Operate

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Samsung, which initially seemed like a great price-to-performance product. However, after just five months of use, the extendable handle started sliding inward unexpectedly while vacuuming. This makes it impossible to use properly, as the handle shortens suddenly during cleaning. If I hold it tightly to prevent this from happening, the collapsing part snaps back and has even cuts my hand. While the vacuum itself performs well with excellent suction power, the handle's design makes it incredibly difficult and unsafe to use. I expected better durability and functionality from a product of this brand, and I hope Samsung addresses this issue promptly. It’s disappointing to have such a flaw in an otherwise powerful machine.
