I own a Samsung cordless stick vacuum, and its battery failed shortly after the warranty expired. What’s even more frustrating is that my family owns three more units of the exact same model, and none of them have had this issue—just mine. When I reached out to Samsung’s authorized service, they quoted me ₺7600 for a battery replacement!

Let’s be honest—₺7600 is an outrageous price just for a battery. For that amount, I could easily buy a brand-new vacuum, even from competing premium brands. In fact, I’m now seriously considering switching to another brand altogether.

I used to be a loyal Samsung customer, but this pricing strategy feels like a punishment, not support. Instead of offering affordable, reasonable service for existing customers, Samsung is practically pushing us toward abandoning the brand. Why would anyone pay such an unjustifiable amount for a single part, especially when it's not a unique issue?
