Samsung S25 FE AMOLED Burn In Issue From First Day

I am using a Samsung S25 FE and I have been experiencing an AMOLED burn-in problem since the very first day of use. On gray backgrounds, especially at 5–20% brightness, clear burn-in marks are visible. This was noticeable as soon as I unboxed the phone and it still continues in the same way after about two months of use. Despite this, Samsung service replied that this situation is “really normal in the FE series” and did not offer any solution. I do not accept burn-in on a new device as a normal condition, especially when it is visible from the first use and affects daily usage quality. I request that my device be evaluated properly under warranty and that a clear solution be offered, such as replacement with a fault-free device or another appropriate remedy, instead of classifying this obvious screen problem as “normal”.
Progress
On February 4, 2026, just three days after I started using the Samsung S25 FE phone I bought from Vatan Bilgisayar in Kahramanmaraş, I noticed shadows appearing on the screen. The clock, the charging icon, and the traces of apps I spend long periods on remain on the display, especially obvious on light and white backgrounds.
Therefore, I took the phone to an authorized Samsung service center. At the service center in Adana they examined the device and, despite the marks on the screen, said “no problem, this is normal” and performed no action. However, the staff member at the same center offered me, “Samsung phones aren’t sold like this, we’ll give you a black‑market iPhone and buy your phone,” while actually admitting that the screen was defective. In other words, they wrote “no problem” in the official report but verbally acknowledged the screen issue and tried to sell me a counterfeit product. I have had several service records for this phone before, but all of them were closed without resolution.
During this process I repeatedly tried to contact Samsung by e‑mail but received no response, and I cannot find anyone to talk to through any channel. While another person with the same screen problem had his phone replaced with a brand‑new, boxed unit at a different service center, none of the units I spoke with—including Samsung Istanbul—took my complaint seriously; my problem was continuously ignored. Experiencing screen shadowing on a device that is only a few days old out of the box, then being met with such unprofessional and unreliable treatment at an authorized service center, and finally being completely dismissed by the brand, has not only caused me hardship but also severely shaken my trust in Samsung.
My request from Samsung is a refund for this product, which I consider defective, and the initiation of a proper investigation into the process I have endured.
