Samsung Refrigerator Leaking Water, Service Unable to Find Solution

Water began to leak from the bottom of the vegetable compartment after the third month of using the Samsung refrigerator. According to the Samsung support center, the problem was caused by a factory defect, and the channel through which water should pass needed to be cleaned. Following this procedure, it was stated that water could still leak and that replacement was only possible after tests.
Instead of replacing the product, which was purchased three months ago and for which the factory acknowledged a defect, Samsung would rather inconvenience the customer by recommending a simple procedure as part of the repair. We were told that in order to perform this procedure, the refrigerator needed to be turned off, at which point all of the contents, including those in the freezer, went bad.
The specialists dispatched from the Samsung center initially requested that the refrigerator be turned off two hours before their arrival. We complied, but the test could not be conducted because the ice in the channel had not melted. They promised to return in four hours for a recheck. The service appears to lack sufficient experience, as they are unaware that the ice in the channel does not melt in two hours, or they did not receive adequate training.
The assumed procedure entails inserting a wire into the channel to ensure that all of the ice has melted. As a result, there are no additional safeguards or replaceable parts that could prevent ice from reforming. All of this indicates that if the water leakage problem persists after this procedure, Samsung will consider replacing the refrigerator.
I am dissatisfied with having paid for a refrigerator that Samsung admitted was defective. I'm upset about the money I've wasted, the time I've wasted waiting for unprofessional service, and the material losses caused by spoiled food and beverages in the refrigerator.
