My Samsung 65Q70D TV Has Light Bleed and Smart Remote Malfunction After Just Months

I purchased a Samsung 65Q70D TV in November 2024. Since the beginning, I have been experiencing light bleed around the edges of the screen. Although I tried to tolerate this issue for a while, a new and even more frustrating problem has now emerged.
Today, the back button on the smart remote stopped working completely. It is extremely disappointing to encounter multiple defects on a product that is only a few months old. For a premium TV, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.
I demand proper support from Samsung to resolve these issues promptly. I expect either a repair or a replacement for both the TV screen defect and the malfunctioning remote control. I trusted Samsung’s reputation when I made this purchase and now I expect them to stand behind their product.
