Samsung NV7B56458AE Oven – Serious Safety Issue

I trusted Samsung when I bought the NV7B56458AE built-in oven, but in less than a year it caused a serious safety problem. The heat-resistant cover of the oven light melted and fell into the food, creating both a health risk and a product defect. Customer service dismissed the issue as “possible user error” without evidence and refused to provide proof. We have also faced other technical problems with this oven in a short time. Such repeated issues, combined with unhelpful and rude customer service, are unacceptable. A heat-resistant part melting inside an oven is not normal. I urge Samsung to take this matter seriously and acknowledge the defect.
