Samsung NEO QLED Bass Sounds DISTORTED, No Solution

We purchased the Samsung Neo QLED 8K (QE65QN900BTXTK) television on January 3, 2023. When the service team was setting up the TV, we reported a distorted sound issue in the bass, and they suggested that hanging it on the wall would resolve the issue. However, we did not hang it on the wall, and the problem with distorted bass persisted. We called the service again, and they adjusted the bass settings to the lower level through the equalizer of the TV, reducing the distorted sound, naturally, as there were no bass sounds like thunder or drum beats. Unwilling to accept this, we requested a reset to factory settings. When we sent a message to the Samsung CEO's Office explaining the situation, the call center asked us to record and send a video. After sending the video, they informed us that, apart from the solution of adjusting the sound, the technical service could not provide another solution. We have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and we are awaiting their response. In short, when you buy Samsung's top model TV, you experience distorted bass sounds, and their solution is to completely mute the sound.
