Samsung RT50K6000WW Refrigerator Stopped Cooling

I own a Samsung RT50K6000WW refrigerator, which came with a 10-year compressor warranty, but now it has completely stopped cooling. This is a major issue, as I rely on it for food storage, and I need it fixed immediately.
I tried to contact Samsung support through WhatsApp for a video call diagnosis, but I couldn’t connect. It is frustrating to be left without proper customer service, especially when this is a warranty-covered issue.

We paid for the refrigerator, a new one was supposed to arrive, but there is still no sign of it.
