There seems to be an issue with the internal screen of my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. It has become dark and developed lines, which is quite concerning. Whenever I open the internal screen, it unexpectedly restarts. Upon visiting the authorized service, I was informed that these phones have a recurring defect and suggested to reach out to Samsung for assistance. They claimed they couldn't honor the warranty because of some physical scratches, but the problem lies with the phone itself, not with anything I've done. If we cannot come to a satisfactory resolution, I am contemplating escalating the issue to the Consumer Court. #GalaxyZFold4
