I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 128 GB, 8 GB RAM, 11” Android tablet (SM-X210NDBETUR, blue) from Vatan Bilgisayar in Istanbul, Turkey, on February 12, 2025, for approximately $233. My invoice number is INT2025000061219.
On February 10, 2026, at around 8:30 PM, I installed a software update recommended by the device. After the update completed, the tablet never turned on again. I left it charging for an extended period using the original Samsung charger and attempted all known key combinations, including the power and volume buttons, but the device remains completely unresponsive.
I previously experienced a similar issue with a Samsung mobile phone that stopped turning on after a software update, and at that time I was unable to obtain a satisfactory solution from Samsung service.
Although my tablet is still under warranty and I have the original invoice, these repeated experiences have left me feeling extremely frustrated and concerned that Samsung software updates are rendering devices unusable.
For this reason, I am not requesting a repair. I am requesting a one-to-one replacement with a new device. Even if the tablet is repaired, I am worried that the same issue could occur after a future update—possibly after the warranty period has expired.
I kindly request that my complaint be addressed promptly and that I be contacted regarding a resolution.
