Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Repair Delays

On August 27, 2023, I returned my Galaxy Note 10+ to the Emaar Samsung dealer due to a broken cover and a charging problem. Despite being told that it would take no more than a week, it has taken a frustrating 9 days just to get a price estimate, and I'm still waiting for my phone to be returned. I received a message today informing me that my phone is ready for pickup. I called the customer service center to confirm and decided to go anyway, despite the fact that it might not be there yet. They assured me that there would be no problems, but after a two-hour drive through traffic to Emaar Samsung, I was told that my phone might arrive the next day. I'm not only paying a hefty repair fee, but I'm also dealing with inaccurate information about when I can pick up my phone. I was met with dismissive attitudes when I requested to speak with a supervisor. This mediocre response from a corporate behemoth like Samsung has left me frustrated and without a solution for the past two weeks.
