Samsung Galaxy Battery Drains Fast When Using Internet
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy phone, which I am using in Cairo. Since sometime in 2025, I have been experiencing a rapid battery drain problem whenever I use the internet on the device. The battery percentage drops very quickly during internet use, to a degree that is not normal for regular usage, which affects my ability to use the phone throughout the day. I contacted Samsung customer service by phone, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request that the phone’s battery be checked by an authorized Samsung service center and that any fault be repaired so that the device can operate normally again during internet use.
